360 Payment Solutions Spa (“360PAY”) has acquired a majority stake of Infogestweb Srl, a leading provider of telematic services to HGV operators, trading under the brand “Golia 360”.
Marco Alberti, CEO of 360PAY, said: “Fleet management services are being increasingly integrated with many of our core products, such as tolling technologies. This investment adds fundamental capabilities to our organisation and unfolds new opportunities as Infogestweb brings to our group outstanding products and know-how. I am happy to welcome the team to our family and eagerly look forward to where this business combination will take us.”
Claudio Carrano, Infogestweb founder and CEO, added: “We are thrilled to join 360PAY, we feel we have a great match of values and ambitions; the integration of our services and operations can bring enormous value to our respective customers and partners.”
Infogestweb will continue to operate as an independent entity within 360PAY under the leadership of Claudio Carrano, founder and CEO, yet benefiting from the enhanced market footprint, product offering and investment capabilities of the group.
In this transaction 360PAY has been advised by Scoa for all due diligence and legal matters.
