360PAY acquires Easytrip Transport Services

360 Payment Solutions Spa (“360 PAY”) announces the acquisition of the Easytrip Transport Services (“Easytrip”) activities from Egis Group (“Egis”). Easytrip offers a complete set of solutions for HGV customers on and off the road and significantly enhances the scale and market footprint of 360 PAY’s operations.
