After the restrictions of the pandemic have come to ease, 360 Pay has organized a group gathering near its Italian head office in Fiorenzuola d’Arda (Piacenza).
Business and commercial meetings and workshops took place on Thursday 22 and and Friday 23 September, discussing performance and trends, objectives and strategy. We have shared and reinforced our common aim for leadership in a challenging environment, and the mission of supporting our customers and partners across the harsh social and economic phasis we are experiencing.
The focus of the event has been put on how teamwork is the key to our values: share ideas and concerns, listen to each other and empower each other. With these we deliver outstanding quality and customer experience. These values inspire our new corporate video, that was presented for the first time (click HERE for the full video).
Not only work but also lots of socialization and teambuilding activities among the over 200 participants coming from 20 countries: networking dinners were held on Thursday and Friday, and then a competition by teams played over many games and sports on Saturday. This warmed all of us up to the gala dinner and spectacular party of Saturday night, with the entire team dancing as one!
